The feeling of waking up at 10:17 am (17 minutes late for a Skype meeting) today is catching up to me. My eyes are watering as I type this… maybe it’s cause my face is greasy and sebum is slowly dripping into my eyes. Gross I know but that’s the by-product of productivity, sweat and tears haha. So all of a sudden I know who Drew Brees is… good on him cause he seems to be a phenomenal athlete and an all around good guy. Keepin’ the words short, tired.

#6. ***Buy Now, Or Pay Later (With Your Allowance)
Wow this is a bit ridiculous. Have virtual nursing games a la Tamagotchi gotten so big that now you can buy (aka cheat) power-ups and then pay for them on credit and gain virtual credit for them? 13 year olds forgoing candy at 7-11 to pay their virtual bills is hilarious.

#18. ***Six New Tabata Workouts for Fast Fat Loss
Tabata workouts are definitely legit. I can attest to the fact that doing a singular exercise can be difficult in that in the latter sets, you’re really forgoing speed and form. So keeping the compound movement exercise mentality and limiting it to only 1 or 2 sets over the total 8 makes a big difference.
