Somehow my prayers were answered this morning. Last night I literally couldn’t fall asleep it was so cold. When I stepped out into the living room this morning, a FedEx box had taken up shop on the coffee table with the following contents. Yes, I was and still am in as much shock as you guys are… yes a Nike 6.0 x Snuggie. For me, the Snuggie was this mythical piece of pop culture. I had heard of it and seen many images and mockeries of it, but it was just some next-level twilight shit to see it in person. People will undoubtedly question, how cold does it really get in Hong Kong… yes it’s not on some Arctic Tundra level, but it’s cold in a different sense with the humidity and not every place has centralized heating. When I first un-boxed this shit I was like… “are you fucking kidding me”… not so much that it was a Snuggie, but more on the notion that this is EXACTLY what the doctor ordered haha. Being an idiot, I put it on like a bathrobe at first and thought to myself… “this is simply a glorified bathrobe”. I guess I got it all wrong and you’re supposed to use it the OTHER way, like putting on a bathrobe backwards. But rest assured, this shit works and I’m pretty warm and since I’m in the confines of my room, nobody will ever see me wearing this. Although I do have an itch for some reason to go out and watch a high school football game with a Thermos of coffee like any small-town mom would do haha. Judging by the specs, it looks like this Nike 6.0 x Snuggie collaboration enabled Nike 6.0 to put together their very own fluroscent orange release which I see absent from the colors available for order on the Snuggie website. So here I sit, feeling like a wizard of sorts with these massive sleeves and typing away in absolute freedom; But at the same time, in a state of physical comfort… and ‘beasting out in this exclusive Nike 6.0 x Snuggie. Fit pic coming soo… yeh don’t even think about it cause it’s not coming haha.
