I played only 180 minutes of football over the weekend but my body feels like a warzone… but to my credit it was 9-aside on shitty FieldTurf. I can’t tell if this hipflexor pain is tightness or a pull ugh.
On a sad note, Canada lost to the US in Olympic hockey leaving us the ability to brag only about intangible things such as how nice we are as Canadians.
