Take a look in any direction in Hong Kong and you’re most likely stuck looking at a juxtaposition of old, decripid flats set against brand new, modern sky-scrapers. It’s an interesting sight… but I’ve grown pretty tired of it. Hong Kong’s starting to really mess with me, too many people everywhere, always getting in my way… everything costing a grip… just chilling with homies is tougher than you think. It’s not like back home in Canada/North America where you can head over to a friend’s place, chill out and what not. Anyways, for those that follow pro-sports, UFC 100 was this past weekend. We got together at our friend Bonnie’s new crib to watch the fights (albeit on “tape delay”… we just bought PPV off Yahoo). Supposed to be a pot luck, but some how myself and 5-6 other people ended up feeding everybody else… and I didn’t even know most of these people… wack. Anyways, food was delicious, BBQs always are right? Anyways, UFC 100 did NOT disappoint… Sexyama’s fight… I don’t see how people were saying his victory was undeserving. He didn’t dominate but he did enough to win… I gave massive props to Bispin for not dying after getting his lights turned off. GSP dominates but well from an entertainment viewpoint, you would argue other fights on the night were more fun to watch… Lesnar… easily the guy you love to hate… or you love him for his antics haha.
Trying to start the fire… Bonnie actually put our lives in danger… she forgot to put the racks into the BBQ so we had to install the racks as the charcoal was lit haha.
