…that’s all I could bang out in a steady stream. Aside from iPods, I own no other Apple products cause I just never felt the shit was that good… and I was fine with whatever other offerings were available… has Steve Jobs and the Apple crew dupped you lately?! But more importantly, the TechCrunch article in which I found this did raise some particularly strong points in regards to how true passion is such an integral part of success. How often do you think that companies big and small fail to oversee the general well-being of their employees. Not so much from a general compensation stand-point as everybody feels they could be paid more, but from an intangible level in terms of workplace quality, company philosophy and workplace interaction. I think a lot of these elements can indirectly affect one’s so-called passion for work and help create a higher-quality product in the end. Apple does have a pretty outstanding track-record for products that I simply can’t knock and when the guy at the top is preaching like he does, I’m sure the trickle down effect is generally quite strong.
