Taking from Link #3 – Scenes from Kenya
Ok on the real, I think I figured out what was fucking with my neck, traps and shoulders for so long… a knotted up chest. I started going hard on the myofascial release with tennis ball and it’s like night and day… for about a few hours and then it tightens up again. But I figure, give’er shit a few times a day for a few weeks and it should be good. Had a chat with my friend Dan and we started talking about how we consume information and how we could do something to make things more efficient. I wonder what I’d do differently?

#2. SSS – Japan Airlines faces boom in black-market demand for stewardess uniforms
Two words… ROLE PLAYING. Don’t mess around with the sex industry in Japan I guess, they’re willing to drop some mad cash to replicate authenticity haha.
#3. Pictures: Scenes from Kenya
I saw these and seriously wanted to drop everything and be a photojournalist. Not sure why, it wasn’t any particular event but just seeing life unravel in a way so different than your own got me interested.

Manny Pacquiao is fighting this Saturday and in this long article, you get a sense of what Pacman’s like outside the ring.
#5. ***The Future Of Fashion, Part Four: Oliver Zahm
Purple Diary’s Oliver Zahm keeps it pretty real. To be into your 50s and not worried so much about the future but rather stressing the importance of creativity and non-commercialism. Long but good read.
#6. ***Men Who Love Lycra
Zentai = people that like to live an alter-life clad in full spandex body suits. It’s like their little bubble so to say. I know somebody like that…
#7. The Architect: Inteview With Brent Rollins
Interesting to see this graphic designer’s insight on his art and craft… a man behind some influential Hip-Hop covers and graphics include Boyz n The Hood.

The Doomsday Seed Vault is this structure on a Norwegian island that hosts a grip of seeds… so if anything ever hits the fan, I guess the regeneration of vegetation shouldn’t be a concern.

One of the best strikers England’s produced in sometime and you’re giving him a hard time cause he was too busy playing football to “enjoy” his childhood? I wouldn’t have it any other way haha.

#15. Cost of Stadium Reveals Tensions in South Africa
Global sporting events seem dumb to me and this further compounds it when people throw much needed money at projects that serve little to no benefit to the public post-event wrap-up… especially given the fact people have it pretty bad in South Africa and Africa in general.
#16. ***Brazil: Copy Cats? What Copy Cats?
Some interesting developments in Brazil on the start-up front… especially of interest is one that harbors insects to help farmers rid themselves of pests through natural means rather than pesticides.

I want to read more accredited studies about this but couldn’t find too many. I do take a cold shower on occasion, but maybe it’s worth doing full-time haha. When you do it for the first time, you really have to control your breathing cause you hyperventilate like a motherfucker.
