My birthday was last week and with it came a ton of birthday wishes which I’m forever grateful and humble for. Means a lot that in this day in age that despite the fact we’re in a hyper-connected world where you’re bombarded with information at every corner leading to desensitization, people still take the time to wish you a happy birthday. The wifey did REAL GOOD with a Nook e-reader. I remember not that long ago, I was going off about how many books I had wanted to pick up but really didn’t have a lot of space to put them in and this alleviates all those problems. The design is pretty slick and the e-ink a pleasure to read… now I just need to dig up that “To-Read” list (although Instapaper works alright on the Nook albeit for a less than stellar beta browser).
